We are looking for a Key Account Manager Ecommerce Germany, to further accelerate our e-commerce business with our fast growing online partners in Germany.

 

As a Key Account Manager, you will be tasked with building joint business plans (JBP) with various e-commerce partners across all areas of their business, driving mutually profitable growth. You will ensure alignment across the German Retail & B2B channels and drive for incremental market share gains. Within this role you will be expected to build an outstanding relationship with vendor managers / buyers, and execute quarterly business reviews, along with senior top to top meetings annually.

As a senior member of the sales team, you will also be expected to support, coach and motivate the supporting team members to achieve the aligned German executional goals and financial KPIs.

 

You will report to the Head of DACH whilst having a strong dotted line to the Head of E-commerce. Furthermore you will be closely working together with the central e-commerce and local marketing teams.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Ownership of selected DE e-commerce accounts and JBP (1P)
  • Build and execute a strategic plan aligned with the overall EU e-commerce strategy and wider Trust goals and ambitions
  • Work with the wider e-commerce, marketing and sales teams to outline full 360 degree marketing and promotional plans
  • Clearly define ambitions and risks/opportunities per product group within the German market
  • Maximise the ‘soft dollar’ investments including discounts, Marketing Development Funds, customer contributions and rebates
  • Launch of New Product Introductions (NPIs) with pre and post analysis of execution
  • Define and optimise the execution of all strategically important products (SIPs)
  • Monitor key metrics and provide in-depth analysis to continuously evaluate performance and identify opportunities and potential gaps
  • Seek to optimise all investments, in return for mutually profitable growth
  • Build outstanding and strategic relationships with e-commerce partners at local level
